delightful, delightful, delightful
I absolutely loved my stay! The spacious King Room offered a private balcony overlooking stunning gardens, which was perfect for morning coffee. Jane went above and beyond, serving a personalized breakfast with local produce, ensuring a fantastic start each day.
can recommend 😊❤️

the king room was lovely, but good luck with the wifi, it was awful. I also would have appreciated a second comfy chair instead of hard dining chairs. oh, I nearly forgot—I was expecting a complimentary welcome gift due to all my travellin, but alas, it didn’t happen. so disappointing and tragic!

spotless self-catering cottage, well-equipped kitchen, stunning extensive grounds
Limited WiFi access made even basic tasks a headache!!! A comfy chair in the cottage would be a nice touch rather than the hard dining room chairs!!! A concrete improvement needed is better bathroom layouts for more comfort!!!

Had a great time with friends! Beautiful location, perfect for exploring the stunning Lydford Gorge and nearby picnic spots. The room was spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean. Jane is so welcoming, offering homemade fudge and fresh milk. Breakfast was also delicious. Not to mention it was a good base for the Goose Fair in October. I'd definitely recommend it!
There was a bit of confusion about the summerhouse reservation, which made it slightly inconvenient for our picnic plans.

had a great time at lobhill farmhouse! the location is super peaceful with beautiful gardens and woodlands around it. our king room was spacious and comfy. We got fresh milk and homemade fudge each day! breakfast was amazin, with fresh local produce and yummy homemade bread. jane, our host, was so friendly and made us feel right at home!
only thing we noticed was that the wifi could be a bit spotty and there weren't enough comfy chairs in the room.

It was just a suitable option for a temporary stay in Okehampton with excellent value for money. The breakfasts were delicious and really made my mornings. Bring your walking shoes. the nearby trails are worth exploring.

We had a lovely time here with our little one! Relaxing on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view of the vineyards was a highlight. The only thing I’d suggest is adding a hook for towels in the bathroom, but it didn’t really put a damper on our stay. 😊

Perfect escape in peaceful surroundings
I loved staying here! The separate cottage was super cozy and had everything I needed, like a full kitchen and a lovely bath to unwind after cycling. Jane was so sweet, even drove me to a fab local pub for dinner. The outdoor dining area was a chill spot, but the shower water pressure could’ve been better.
